Super Cute Printables

What are Printables you ask? A printable is something that's ready to print from your web browser. They are popping up everywhere on the internet and in all sorts of really cool fashions!

Take a look at my Pinterest friend Shaunna West (I like to think we’re friends because we have similar tastes, plus she’s pretty awesome…just like me!) :) She shared this awesome site, Chicabug, which has tons of really great printables for any occasion you can think of!

I don’t have any plans for a holiday party at this time, but should any friends of mine want to throw one (hint, hint) I’m game for lending my skills in the printable department. :)

Fireplace Reno Complete

As I’ve mentioned in my previous blog “Bye-Bye Fireplace” Ryan and I were having work done to our house to get the ugly old fireplace out and finally be able to use that wall! After a week of renovations, the work is complete! Take a look at the changes…

With the placement of the television on the wall, we were able to rearrange the living room and really separate the two spaces (living and dinning areas). I am absolutely in love with the color (thank you Ryan) and am so happy with the results.

 

Next up? We are going to iKea this weekend to see about an entertainment unit. If we can’t locate anything, we’ll (I mean I’ll) be exploring the possibility of built-ins. :) Isn’t being a homeowner grand!

Color there, Color Here, Color Bare?

It's summer time and I have committed a cardinal sin....I have NO color on my toe nails! EEK! Summer time is prime time to express yourself with color on your toes with the appearance of cute summer dresses and flip flops.

Now, I'll admit I don't have beautiful feet (far from it with my soccer and running activities) but all the more reason it's necessary for me to add a bit of sparkle to these battered feet. But a las, I do not and this needs to change! I'm calling on all my followers, random readers or heck, maybe accidental stumblers to my blog to help me select a color. I've tried purple and blue (both colors I think look great for tanned bodies, which I am not) and I dislike pale colors like pink (I'm already white, let's not have my toes blend in with my skin)! :)

So what'll it be? What color would you pick for these bare feet?? The more specific the suggestion the better...we're talking brand name, color...whatever!

See...they are screaming HELP ME! :)
